To use Seafly, you must sign in with a valid Google account and grant the App permission to access your Gmail data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Use of Your Data
By using Seafly, you grant us permission to:
- Access and read your email messages for the purpose of generating digests
- Classify and categorize your emails using AI models
- Store processed summaries and digest content
- Generate audio and video digests from your email content

You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries may not always be perfectly accurate. You should refer to the original emails for authoritative content.

Seafly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
